Partner of the Bia – Dell’Atti & Associates Law Firm. He is specialised in labour law and contract law. He has specific competence in both judicial and extrajudicial cases involving labour contracts, dismissals, and undertakings transfers. He has been charged with assignements in banckruptcy procedures pending before the territorial Courts and Tribunals. He has developed an in depth competence in the matters covered by the Legislative Decree n. 231/01, in particular in producing the Organisation and Managing Models provided by that law. In addition, he is an expert of privacy law.
